If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit , or an exchange depending on the situation. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
You are welcome to return anything you want, whenever you want, regardless of how much time has passed under the following guidelines:
If you have a digital receipt (in-store or online) or the credit card you used to purchase it in store, you can have a full refund as long as the item(s) is like new and can be resold.
If you do not have a digital receipt (in-store or online) or do not have the credit card you used to purchase it in store, you can have a full store credit as long as the item(s) is like new and can be resold.
SALE ITEMS & EXCEPTIONS
If the item(s) you are returning are now on sale, you can have a full refund as long as you have the digital receipt as outlined above. If you do not have the digital receipt as outline above, you can have store credit for the item at the current SALE price. If you are returning an item that is still new but without the original packaging, you will receive store credit.
*Original packaging does not include tags but does include things like boxes or packaging that came sealed or things like shoe boxes.
Food items can not be returned if they have been open.
DAMAGED & DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Some exclusions apply for defective or damaged items due to the guidelines that the product manufacturer provides us as a reseller. If you have a defective or damaged item please fill out our contact form at xx for some contextual return options. This does not apply to damaged or defective Wander branded products. Since we make those, we’ll always be happy to return those for an exchange or full refund.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and a short note of what return option you would like above, and mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/exchange/refund. Please allow at least 2 business days from the time of it’s return to process your return/exchange/refund. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
