RETURN OPTIONS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange depending on the situation, no questions asked.

You are welcome to return anything you want, whenever you want, regardless of how much time has passed using the following guidelines below. But in order to process your return, refund or exchange as quickly and as efficiently as possible, we ask that you use this RETURN FORM to submit your request. One of our owners will respond within 24 hours with all of the options.

All refund, return, and exchange requests must be initiated by utilizing the above Return Form. 

REFUNDS

If you have a digital receipt (in-store or online) or the credit card you used to purchase it in store, you can have a full refund as long as the item(s) is like new and can be resold. If it was bought online, we can look it up by your name or email. If you bought it in store, we can look it up by the last 4 digits of the credit card you used to purchase it.

STORE CREDIT

If you do not have a digital receipt (in-store or online) or do not have the credit card you used to purchase it in store, you can have a full store credit as long as the item(s) is like new and can be resold and the item is not currently on SALE (see below).

SALES ITEMS & EXCEPTIONS

If the item(s) you are returning is now on sale, you can still have a full refund for the original purchase price as long as you have the digital receipt or credit card used to purchase it as outlined above. If you do not have the digital receipt or credit card, you can have store credit for the item at the current SALE price. If you are returning an item that is still new but without the original packaging, you will receive store credit.

*Original packaging does not include tags but does include things like boxes or packaging that came sealed or things like shoe boxes.

Food items can not be returned if they have been open.

DAMAGED & DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Some exclusions apply for defective or damaged items due to the guidelines that the product manufacturer provides us as a reseller. If you have a defective or damaged item please fill out our contact form below for some contextual return options.

This does not apply to damaged or defective Wander branded products. Since we make those, we’ll always be happy to return those for an exchange or full refund.

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and fill out the form below. Once the form has been submitted, please mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/exchange/refund on the same business day we receive it. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed with an update along with any new tracking information.
