    Have you been looking for a new favorite weekend w Have you been looking for a new favorite weekend winery? The great news is that we are truly spoiled for choice here in Georgia, with over 50 listed wineries spread across the northern region. It can be hard to narrow these down into a few favorites, and we still have quite a few to try, but of the ones we have visited, we tried to pick out 5 that stood out to us as memorable experiences. And feel free to drop us some suggestions below if we haven’t listed one that is worth a visit! But let’s be honest, there are very few “bad” days sitting at a winery, so we wouldn’t discount a winery just because it’s not on this list.     We shared a post about Osage earlier this week, so We shared a post about Osage earlier this week, so now it's time to shine the light a little further south! @jaemorfarms is another fantastic option for those farm-fresh favorites we all love. We always love stopping in to grab some apples and peaches in the summer. Did you know that they grow over 30 varieties of peaches? We honestly had no idea that many options existed, but they do! And right here in North Georgia is the best place to find them. Of course, we go in for a bushel of peaches and come out with arms full of every veggie under the sun. One of the things that really makes Jaemor stand out to us are the activities beyond shopping the market. From grabbing a bite to eat at The Eatery, to picking fresh flowers, or navigating the annual corn maze, there always seems to be something happening. We visited earlier in the spring for the U-Pick Tulips and it was the perfect way to spend a crisp Spring morning.     One of our favorite things about summer in rural G One of our favorite things about summer in rural Georgia is fresh veggies from the abundance of incredible farm stands. And one of the best ones around just opened up for the season, @osagefarms_ right here in Rabun County! We grabbed a basket of strawberries last week and already polished them off because they were so sweet and delicious! We love to visit throughout the summer and stock up on tomatoes, corn, squash, and of course, okra as they’re ready. And as the blueberries come into season, you can always count on us grabbing some to make our own blueberry milkshakes. With such a great selection of fresh produce, we never seem to walk away empty-handed. As many of you may know, one of the most iconic features of Osage was the Tomlin’s BBQ shack right there in the parking lot. The owners decided they were ready to retire, but the great news is that our friends @bluehoundbarbecue are carrying on the tradition with some fantastic food options and dreamy milkshakes.
