It's not often that you find a spot that serves up

It's not often that you find a spot that serves up THE best version of something, let alone multiple items on the menu. But we can wholeheartedly say that @bluehoundbarbecue has the best brisket we've ever tried, along with the single best potato salad we've ever tasted. Oh, also, the best BBQ Egg Rolls we've ever had, even if they're the only ones we've ever had.

If you didn't know, Blue Hound's chef and owner, Kyle, was crowned the Food Network BBQ Brawl Champion in a past season and brought a little slice of Appalachia to the big screen. We're incredibly proud of everything he's done with this place, and you couldn't ask for a better person to represent Rabun County.
If you haven't been over there to try them out yet, maybe this will convince you of the level of cooking he's been doing up there in Dillard. Go in soon and give them a shot; we truly feel that they live up to the hype!
